SKI in Public Schools (SIPS):
SKI envisions parents and campus staff working together to improve the education outcomes for all students; those in regular and special education. For far too long parents of children receiving special education services have be in the background of parent involvement. SIPS is a vehicle that will keep parents of students receiving special education services in the know about information, services, and opportunities that are available to their children. It will also assist with bridging the communication gap between parents, faculty, and school administrators. This will work with parents who are willing to step up to the plate with SKI. Become a SIPS Parent Leader. Contact Helen Davis at 713.783.5437 for more details on this program. Learn how it will benefit your child and the campus where your child is receiving educational services.
